Serenity Luxe Home Health Agency is a AHCA licensed agency servicing various areas of South FL. Our caregivers consist of Certified Nursing Assistants, Home Health Aides, Registered Nurse’s, LPN’s who are required to undergo intensive training, CPR certification, Level 2 background checks, and experienced in postoperative, geriatric, and postpartum care.

Meet Our CEO/Administrator

Narlyn Lesage-Thomas BSN, RN

Narlyn is a registered nurse with over 15 years of experienced, specialized care; ranging from postpartum, home health, post surgical and geriatric care. In 2018 she earned a BSN to further enhance her ability of achieving better patient outcomes. The culmination of her experiences have helped to mold her into the caring, compassionate and empathetic nurse she is today. She endeavors to pass along these qualities to all members of our staff to ensure a safe and pleasurable experience for our clients.

Kahlied Thomas R.T.T

Kahlied has served as a Radiation Therapist in South Florida for over 12 years. This humbling profession has allowed him to witness the incredible strength of the human spirit and to understand the importance of having compassion, empathy, attentiveness and personalized care for all.
